About Jasmine
Hello! I am Jasmine, a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I have been a mental health provider for five years, and a primary care nurse practitioner for almost 10 years. I have experience with patients as young as four years old until the end of life.
My methods are simple, and I like to use the least amount of medication possible to manage symptoms. I am a strong believer in what we think, is what we believe, is what we become! Our mental power is our best power, and each person should take their power back from situations and from trauma.
When life gives us lemons, we just make ourselves a glass of lemonade. I can't wait to enjoy a cup with you! Stay encouraged, and if you are doing your best, that is in fact enough.

"As a black and native american woman, who is authentically me. It is imperative that we persevere, and keep striving, no matter the circumstance. If you are willing to do the work, I can walk the journey alongside you. "
