About Adeline
I am Adeline Mangwa, PMHNP-BC, with over 16 years of experience in psychiatric and behavioral health care. I provide care across the lifespan, serving children, adolescents, and adults, and am dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-based mental health and substance use treatment. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, addiction, and complex psychiatric conditions including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. My holistic approach emphasizes a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment, empowering clients to openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy with psychiatric evaluations, medication management and crisis intervention to help clients build coping skills and achieve lasting change. As a Suboxone-certified provider, I combine medication-assisted treatment with therapeutic support to promote long-term recovery.
I chose mental health care out of a deep passion for advocacy, healing, and breaking the stigma surrounding mental illness. I am committed to walking alongside each client on their journey toward resilience, stability, and improved quality of life, helping them feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

"I grew up in an environment where life was often difficult and filled with challenges. Those experiences shaped my heart and gave me a deep passion for supporting others through their darkest moments. I know what it feels like to struggle, and that is why I am committed to being a source of hope, compassion, and strength for those facing difficult times."
