About Adeline

I am Adeline Mangwa, PMHNP-BC, with over 16 years of experience in psychiatric and behavioral health care. I provide care across the lifespan, serving children, adolescents, and adults, and am dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-based mental health and substance use treatment. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, addiction, and complex psychiatric conditions including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. My holistic approach emphasizes a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment, empowering clients to openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy with psychiatric evaluations, medication management and crisis intervention to help clients build coping skills and achieve lasting change. As a Suboxone-certified provider, I combine medication-assisted treatment with therapeutic support to promote long-term recovery.

I chose mental health care out of a deep passion for advocacy, healing, and breaking the stigma surrounding mental illness. I am committed to walking alongside each client on their journey toward resilience, stability, and improved quality of life, helping them feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
