"Through exposure to diverse cultures and extensive experience in mental health, I have developed the ability to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive, and client-centered care that supports everyone’s unique needs and experiences. "

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

Coming from a culture background who did not believe in mental health disorder, I was motivated to further my education to bring your awareness and help my community.

What types of clients do you work best with?

Adults and seniors.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

It is important to be patient and to put effort in practice.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

They should be able to establish good communication and feel comfortable to express their concerns.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?

She strongly believes in collaborative care and works closely with patients to develop interventions that are realistic, culturally appropriate, and suitable for their unique environment and lifestyle. Her philosophy is centered on the understanding that “not everything fits all,” recognizing that every individual requires a personalized and holistic approach to mental health treatment.
