About Therese
Hi, my name is Natalie Staggers, and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC). I earned my master's degree in community counseling from the University of Houston-Victoria and have over 10 years of experience providing effective, evidence-based therapeutic services to those looking to grow, rebuild, and rediscover a new way of life. I provide a supportive and confidential environment where you can explore your concerns and develop the tools needed to lead a more fulfilling life. Together, we will work on developing effective coping strategies, gaining insight, and fostering positive change.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, using a flexible approach rooted in person-centered and trauma-informed practices. Being person-centered means YOU are my main focus, and I meet you where you're at.
You are free to laugh, cry, feel seen and heard, but most importantly you can expect to have someone walk alongside you during your journey. I strive to provide empathetic and compassionate guidance, which will allow you to feel less alone and isolated.

"Through exposure to diverse cultures and extensive experience in mental health, I have developed the ability to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive, and client-centered care that supports everyone’s unique needs and experiences. "
