About Shashi
I am a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) providing comprehensive mental health care for adolescents and adults across Massachusetts. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Washington and completed my postgraduate PMHNP certification at Northeastern University. I believe mental health is shaped by brain chemistry, genetics, trauma, grief plus your environment. My background in primary care and psychiatry allows me to treat the whole person.
I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, relationship concerns, career challenges, life transitions. My training allows me to offer medication management as well as supportive therapy including CBT. My goal is to help you develop resilience, improve emotional well-being, and experience a more balanced and meaningful life.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like yourself, I offer a safe, confidential space where we can explore what you are experiencing and identify practical strategies to help you move forward.

"I believe everyone deserves compassionate, personalized psychiatric care - thus I partner with my clients to develop evidence-based treatment plans that align with their values, build on their strengths, and support their unique goals and lifestyle."
