About Rosemary
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 13 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and personality disorders. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, integrating psychotherapy with thoughtful medication management to promote emotional well-being and long-term resilience.
I earned my Master of Science in nursing from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. My work is grounded in evidence-based, integrative care, and I tailor each treatment plan to meet the unique needs, values, and goals of every individual I serve.
Whether you are managing a new diagnosis, seeking help with a chronic condition, or wanting support as you improve your emotional health, I offer a safe and respectful space for healing. I look forward to partnering with you, helping you feel understood, and supporting you as you work toward greater stability and wellness.

"As someone who has worked in the mental health field for over a decade, I am dedicated to providing a holistic approach that promotes long-term wellness and resilience."
Get to know Rosemary
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I have always been deeply motivated to help people feel seen, understood, and supported during their most vulnerable moments. I became a psychiatric provider to help care for people, and I believe helping people in these moments where life can seem hard to navigate, is important in order to live a fulfilling life.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I have worked in a variety of psychiatric settings, including pediatrics, young adults, older adults, and geriatrics. I feel comfortable working with any population.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
People should know that healing isn't linear, and it is not a sign of failure. People often expect personal growth to feel like a steady upward climb: every week a little better, every session a breakthrough, every setback a sign something’s wrong. But in reality, healing looks more like a spiral. You revisit old patterns from a new angle, you gain insight and then forget it, you take two steps forward and one back. And that is normal.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
During the first session, clients can expect to walk into a warm, jnonjudgmental space where they can freely talk about whatever it is that brought them in. There is no pressure to talk about anything they are uncomfortable discussing, and to share their goals that they would like to work on.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
Throughout my personal experiences working in this field, I have learned that people are resilient, and experts in their own lives. My role is to collaborate with them, integrate their goals into treatment, and empower them to participate actively in decisions that affect their well-being."
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I see our conversations as a partnership, where you bring lived experience, and I bring perspective and tools. Together, we can navigate feelings and patterns behind behaviors, and normalize what is human instead of "what is wrong."
