I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adolescents and adults, believing every individual deserves to be heard and treated with dignity and respect. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and empowered to achieve lasting emotional wellness. Whether treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, or other psychiatric conditions, I am committed to helping clients build resilience, improve their quality of life, and reach their full potential.
I take a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to mental health care, focusing on each client as a whole person—not just a diagnosis. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and OCD. Together, we develop a plan that may include medication management and supportive therapy.
You don’t have to navigate your mental health journey alone. I’m here to listen, support you, and help you take meaningful steps toward feeling better. When you’re ready, I invite you to schedule an appointment so we can begin working together.

"I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported, and I strive to create a warm, judgment-free space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful change."
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I decided to become a psychiatric provider after several years of working in psychiatric nursing, where I saw firsthand how compassionate, evidence-based care can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. My experience working with individuals with diverse mental health needs inspired me to advance my education and become a PMHNP so I could provide comprehensive assessment, medication management, and ongoing support.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and other mental health concerns who are seeking compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based care.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I want clients to know that healing is a process, not a race, and progress may take time. You don’t have to go through difficult moments alone asking for help is a sign of strength. Therapy is a safe, judgment-free space to better understand yourself and create meaningful change.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In the first session, I’ll listen to your concerns, learn about your history and goals, and work with you to create a personalized treatment plan. Early sessions focus on building trust, understanding your needs, and developing practical strategies to support your mental health and well-being.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My background in psychiatric nursing and mental health care has taught me to approach each person with compassion, empathy, and respect, while providing thoughtful, evidence-based and patient-centered care.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I tailor therapy to each client by considering their unique symptoms, goals, background, strengths, and preferences, while using an individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based approach.
