I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 15 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and person-centered care to adolescents and adults. I help clients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, stress, and life transitions with compassion, clarity, and respect.

I earned my Master of Science in nursing from Rivier University. My clinical approach integrates evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and strength-based techniques. I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic space grounded in empathy, trust, and personal growth.

In our first session, we will focus on understanding your goals, experiences, and needs. I aim to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered as we work together to build resilience and meaningful change. My priority is to help you move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you and to offer guidance that honors your unique story.
