About Amia

I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 4 years of experience providing thoughtful, client-centered care. I support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and stress. My goal is to offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach that helps clients understand their symptoms, strengthen emotional balance, and build practical strategies for improving their overall well-being.

I earned my master’s in nursing from South College and completed advanced training in psychiatric mental health. My clinical background allows me to understand the connection between mental and physical health and provide care that supports the whole person.

I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. With a warm, collaborative approach, I partner with you to regain balance, build resilience, and move toward a more grounded, confident, and fulfilling life.
