I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner licensed in Delaware and Maryland. I've worked in multiple settings over the course of my healthcare career, treating and caring for clients with mental health disorders for over 10 years. I am passionate about providing therapeutic care for adolescents and adults who are seeking help. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and more.

I use a variety of evidence-based approaches to care, including medication management and psychotherapy, based on the client's needs.

Addressing your mental health doesn't need to be done alone. I provide a welcoming environment, establish rapport, and collaborate with you to create an individualized plan that will set you on the path toward healing and well-being. When you're ready, I'm happy to help.

"As a psychiatric nurse practitioner I view mental health as a priority and prefer taking a holistic approach in patient care. "

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

I became a psychiatric provider to help others establish good quality of life through mental health and build meaningful interactions with clients.

What types of clients do you work best with?

I work best with clients who are willing to collaborate with me in their plan of care and committed to making changes one step at a time.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

Seeking help is not a sign of weakness but instead a sign of strength and self realization that the healing process begins with you.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

Clients will expect a safe environment for a comprehensive mental health assessment, gathering of data, and establishing rapport with them. We’ll work together to identify meaningful goals, explore evidencebased treatment options, and make adjustments as needed.

What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?

I believe mental health care begins with connection, trust, and meeting each person where they are.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?

I want clients to feel acknowledged and empowered throughout their healing journey and tailor therapy in that manner. I will utilize evidence-based approaches while remaining flexible and responsive to each milestone.
