About Thea
Thea Green is a Licensed Professional Counselor with almost 20 years of experience, specializing in depression, anxiety, spiritual issues, cultural issues, LGBTQ, and trauma-informed care. She works well with teenagers, parents, women, women of color (women’s issues), and members of the LGBTQ community.
Thea received a Master of Arts in Counseling from Michigan State University and a Ph.D. in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University, Maryland. She uses a person-centered approach to therapy with solution-focused strategies to help guide you through your journey in a way that's consistent with your values and lifestyle. Thea grew up in the Richmond, VA area and currently resides in Midlothian, VA with her family.

I decided to become a counselor to support others in their journey toward health and wellness.
