About Stacia
Stacia is a Licensed Professional Counselor who loves helping others reach their personal goals. Stacia has over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults in multiple clinical settings. She has experience working with individuals who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, depression, social skill deficits, stress management, self-esteem issues, and relationship issues. Stacia has provided clinical services in a variety of settings including Crisis/Emergency services, Therapeutic Foster Care, Independent living skills with young adults, Outpatient therapy, and being in management roles in an Intensive In-Home program and Therapeutic Day Treatment.
Stacia graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Psychology (2008) and a Master’s in Professional Counseling (2011). She is eclectic in her therapy approach utilizing techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy.
Stacia understands that every person’s struggles are unique and challenging in their own way and individualizes every session to your needs and goals. Stacia loves supporting individual’s to help them meet their personal goals, overcome their challenges, and learn new skills to use every day! She believes that every individual is capable of reaching their goals and looks forward to being a part of your journey!
