What’s one thing you wish all clients knew?
I wish clients knew that we are not perfect, that they can be open and honest without fear of being judged.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
I like to accomplish establishing a rapport where that client feels comfortable returning for counseling. I also like to have their personal goals for therapy so I can tailor their plan to their needs.
