The first session is an opportunity to meet one another, to build rapport, and to develop an understanding of what you are struggling with and want to get out of therapy.

What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?

I want to begin developing trust in our relationship, and develop goals to work on during our work together.

What should clients know about you before scheduling a first session?

I am eager to walk alongside you on your journey for growth and change.
