Get to know Sarah

Why did you decide to become a counselor?

I feel I'm empathic by nature and wanted to help people so I gravitated towards this profession and truly love working with people.

What type of clients are you most excited to work with?

Clients that are motivated and ready to work together to promote change towards the goals they want to achieve.

What can clients expect in their first session with you?

Clients can expect to be welcomed with openness and kindness as we get to know each other and gather information on how I can be most helpful in supporting positive change and growth.

What should clients know about you before scheduling a first counseling session?

I work in a hybrid format so I have availability for both in person sessions along with Telehealth availability.

What do you do for fun/on your time off?

I enjoy being outdoors whether it's at the beach/pool, walking enjoying the scenery, or hiking. I also like to cook and binge watch a good TV series.
