About Kyle

Kyle is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15 years of experience. She is an experienced practitioner working with people of all ages but has come to specialize in adolescents through adulthood. Some of the diagnoses that Kyle is experienced in treating include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, family systems and attachment disorders, substance-related disorders, stage of life changes, and grief and loss. 

Kyle has extensive experience in providing trauma-informed care with several years of experience working in the hospital setting. Kyle also has experience in supporting first responders, medical professionals, and military personnel in addition to other professions that experience increased critical incidents and increased risk for PTSD and caregiver fatigue. Her many years in the Emergency Room setting provide her with a unique understanding of the needs of these amazing Heroes.

Kyle has a Master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She has worked in community mental health and private practice settings for several years. Kyle is passionate about providing person-centered care that emphasizes strength and courage as she walks through the therapeutic journey with you. 

Desiring change and reaching out for help takes incredible bravery. Kyle is available to walk with you through this journey with grace. By using CBT and DBT treatment modalities, she will help you explore your story and gain insight into the emotions, thoughts, and experiences that have brought you to this point in your journey. By growing in awareness, insight, and emotional regulation, you will explore all of the ways that therapy can benefit your present and future.
