Kayla received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and Family Studies at West Virginia University. She went on to earn her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Chatham University. Katie utilizes an eclectic counseling approach, which includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Rogerian methods, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and more.
