Why did you decide to become a counselor?
When I was beginning college, I asked myself: ''what would I do in life if all my living expenses were paid?''. My heart then brought me to the deepest place and there lied my answer: I always wanted to be a therapist. Ever since I was a little girl, that was my hope and my dream. I feel a deep empathy for other individuals and I love helping and serving others. This is the most rewarding work I ever did in my life and I get to fulfill my purpose everyday.

I enjoy working with clients who want to see a positive change in their lives.
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
I am excited to work with any clients who want to work toward long lasting change that will bring healing in their lives so that they may start to experience the best version of themselves.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
The one thing I wish all clients knew is that there is hope and healing within your reach. You are unique and of great value and you can go from surviving to thriving. You have inner power that you can draw your strength from to accomplish your heart desires.

What inspires you?
My work inspires me daily. I find inspiration in my clients who want to make a change and who are willing to face their fears and work through difficulties while keeping hope.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
During the initial session, it is important to build a rapport and begin to get to know all of your story. My goal is to get to know you in your environment and anything you feel is pertinent to discuss. I gather pertinent information targeted to understanding your goals and expectations.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
I want to know your story and I want you to feel safe and comfortable to share your story with me and work through challenges.
What should clients know about you before scheduling a first counseling session?
I have a deep empathy for each one of my clients. It is an honor to work with each one of my clients. I like to get to the root causes of problems and help to create a new foundation that will become a strong shelter in times of storms.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
I love going to the beach, I also like to go for long walks in nature parks. I love the outdoors and camping in nature. I love traveling and experiencing new cultures. I love children and animals. I am definitely a dog lover! I enjoy engaging in self care in order to fill my own cup so that I can share my cup with those around me. I like to try and experiment new healthy recipes and work on various personal projects that bring me fulfillment.

I strive for inner freedom and empowering myself no matter the storms of life. I have a deep empathy and love for humanity and I highly value emotional connections.
