Seeking therapy can leave us feeling vulnerable, and Brittany respects how difficult it can be to seek help. She is honored to meet clients where they are and walk alongside them to ensure they are heard, supported, and guided to discover their unique strengths.

"I provide a welcoming, empathetic, and non-judgemental space to share and be heard. I respect the importance of meeting my clients where they are and walking alongside them on their healing journey."

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I chose to become a social worker because I have always been able to empathize with others; eager to provide a compassionate space for them to feel heard and supported. Life is very challenging, no matter what your path looks like and everyone deserves to live the most fulfilling life possible. I believe we are not meant to go through life alone and we thrive most when we feel supported and valued. I feel passionately that I was meant to support others on their journeys.
What types of clients do you work with best?
I work best with adults who are motivated to make changes in their life, regardless of where they are in the process.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
I wish all clients knew that they are worthy and valued.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
During the first session, clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment. I will spend time getting to know them, getting a picture of their current life situation and establishing some goals for moving forward.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
I love spending time outside- paddling or hiking. I love to read and listen to podcasts.
