About Stephanie
Stephanie Kopecky is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas who has 16 years of experience helping individuals with emotional regulation, positive thinking, and insight into life’s issues.
Stephanie completed her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in General Studies in Psychology, Music, and Behavioral Science at Texas Tech University and her Master of Education (MEd) in both Community and School Counseling at the University of Texas-El Paso. Stephanie utilizes cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, solution-focused, and emotionally-focused approaches to therapy to help her clients find healing, direction, and emotional relief.
Stephanie’s goal as a counselor is to help clients live their best life possible, to be authentic and to live a meaningful life. Her reputation as a counselor is that she is accepting, understanding and experienced, genuine, caring, and encouraging. Stephanie truly wants what is best for her clients and their loved ones.

I want the individual to feel heard and understood.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
Ballroom dancing, yoga, dog rescue, enjoy my children.

I truly love myself and aspire to be the best version of myself. I am genuinely happy!
