Nicovia became a counselor because she has always had a passion for helping others and a deep desire to make a difference in people’s lives. Witnessing the profound impact that compassionate support and guidance can have on someone’s journey inspired her to dedicate her career to being that source of hope and encouragement. Her own life experiences, coupled with a strong belief in the power of healing and resilience, drive her to help others overcome their challenges and unlock their full potential. For Nicovia, counseling isn’t just a profession—it’s a calling to walk alongside others in their most vulnerable moments and empower them to create a better future.

Nicovia loves spending time with her husband of 25 years, their three daughters, and two grandchildren. She is also actively involved in her community, engaging in discussions about mental health, and serves as a worship leader at her local church.
