About Kristin
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 8 years of experience supporting people through trauma, grief, and loss of all kinds. Whether you’re navigating the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or another life transition, I provide a space where your story is heard and your emotions are met with care. Clients describe me as grounded, compassionate, and deeply understanding.
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Houston. My approach is collaborative and person-centered. We’ll focus on what you want from therapy, what’s not working, and what you’d like to grow toward.
Together, we’ll explore what’s happening in your world—not just internally, but in the environment around you—because your experiences don’t exist in isolation. I appreciate your time, and I look forward to connecting if you think we might be a good fit

"As a person with a broad amount of experiences, I believe my eclectic approach to therapy can help others move forward"
