About Gabe
I am a licensed psychologist with 10 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and sexuality-related challenges. My clinical background includes academic medical center work supporting clients with body image concerns and emotional or disordered eating patterns. I am especially passionate about providing culturally competent care to those with intersecting marginalized identities, including LGBTQ+ clients and individuals exploring intimacy, sexual connection, and relational well-being.
I earned my doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Midwestern University. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR, compassion-focused approaches, and mindfulness-based techniques.
My goal is to help you strengthen emotional clarity, deepen self-awareness, and build supportive skills that align with your life goals. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where you can work through challenges, explore patterns, and move toward meaningful and lasting change. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

"My experience as a queer-identified individual of color helps me connect with others who may face challenges with their intersecting marginalized identities."
