I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with teens and adults navigating OCD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. My goal is to meet clients where they are and help them build coping skills to create meaningful change.
I use a person-centered, strengths-based, and integrative approach tailored to each client’s needs. I incorporate mindfulness, CBT, and evidence-based techniques, including ERP for OCD. Clients can expect a collaborative, affirming space where they feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to meet you with compassion and curiosity, without judgment. When you feel ready, I invite you to take that first step toward creating the life you want.

"As a queer therapist, I know how important it is to feel seen and accepted, and I strive to offer that same sense of safety and authenticity to every client who walks through my door. "
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I became a counselor because I believe there is so much value in having someone who truly listens without judgment. I wanted to be a person who can help clients feel understood, make sense of their experiences, and recognize that they are more than the challenges they face.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I enjoy working with teens and adults who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next steps. I especially connect with clients who value authenticity and want a therapist who will meet them where they are while helping them build confidence and a stronger understanding of themselves.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Therapy doesn’t have to be serious all the time. Healing can include hard conversations, but it can also include laughter, curiosity, and celebrating small wins. You’re allowed to bring your whole unfiltered self into the room, and not just the parts you’re struggling with.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what feels important to you. We’ll work together to understand your needs and goals, build a comfortable therapeutic relationship, and develop an approach that feels supportive and authentic.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My experiences have taught me how meaningful it can be to feel accepted and understood. As a queer therapist, I value authenticity and creating spaces where people can be themselves without fear of judgment.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I start by getting to know the person behind the challenges they’re facing and learning what feels most helpful to them. From there, we work together to shape therapy around their goals, strengths, and preferences, adjusting our approach as they grow and their needs change.
