What inspires you?
Inspiration is derived from the Latin word “inspirare,” meaning to “breathe into,” inspiration is the feeling of being mentally stimulated to manifest what we want to create. To be inspired I strive to be challenged and surround myself with encouraging people with similar aspirations.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
My first session is all about building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. I want to ensure them that they can trust me and they feel safe in the space I have created for them.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
On my days off I love reading romcom books and binge watching my favorite TV shows. These things wouldn't be as fun if I didn't involve my family and friends, they are my biggest supporters.
