About Byaney
I am Byaney Mireles, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 3 years of experience. My work has included supporting individuals and families through challenges in child support services, the legal field, human resources, and mental health. I bring compassion, advocacy, and commitment to every role I take on and strive to empower clients by helping them access resources, build resilience, and create positive change in their lives. My background also includes nonprofit work serving low-income communities and individuals living with HIV.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Texas. My approach is client-centered, grounded in compassion, and focused on understanding each person’s unique experiences. I provide guidance, tools, and practical support to help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and reach their goals.
I know that reaching out for support takes courage. I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard and valued. With empathy and care, I walk alongside them through life’s challenges, encouraging growth, healing, and lasting change. I invite you to take the first step toward positive transformation.

"I’m a mother of 3, a military reservist, and a wife who loves the outdoors and giving back. I bring that same passion for service and resilience into supporting clients from all walks of life."

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I decided to become a counselor because I witnessed family members struggle with mental health disorders without ever receiving the help they needed or knowing how to find it. I could have been a product of my environment, but instead I chose a different path—putting myself through school with little support and committing to give back to my community. I believe everyone has the power to rewrite their story and create a healthier, more fulfilling future.
