What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
Those willing to be open to trying something new.
What’s one thing you wish all clients knew?

What inspires you?
My clients! Helping them see a light at the end of the tunnel is everything.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?

Establishing a safe place where opening up will be more comfortable.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
Hiking, kayaking, walking, off-roading, reading, sci-fi shows, puzzles and spending time with family in any of those activities.
What should clients know about you before scheduling a first counseling session?
I have judgement free sessions. I do ask for effort from my clients because if we do not try new things how can we expect change? An I am truly here for you with kindness, respect and honesty.
