What types of clients do you work with best?
I work well with all client's. However, having experienced trauma myself, I have an authentic understanding of its difficult effects. In addition, my career as an educator has given me a firm foundation for helping parents and children.
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
I am most excited to work with clients that have experienced trauma and are struggling with its effects. I am also excited to work with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and self-control.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?
I do not have all the answers; I am merely a guide. What you are looking for is already within you.

What can clients expect in their first session with you?
In the first session, we will begin building our counseling alliance. Your voice will be heard, your needs will be valued, and the foundation for your treatment plan will be established based on your input.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?

What should clients know about you before scheduling a first session?
Before you a client schedules their first session with me, they should know that they will be expected to put in work outside of session. I do not have the power to change your life, but you do. However, I will be with you every step of the way!

In my time off I love tending to the flowers in the yard, writing poetry, working out, yoga, traveling, and hanging out with family and friends. And I am a life-long, die-hard Steelers fan--here we go!
