I am a clinician who provides direct, compassionate, and faith‑aware therapy for individuals and families navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use, and relational challenges. I work with clients seeking clarity, emotional safety, and practical strategies that help them move forward with confidence and purpose.
My work blends CBT, DBT, trauma‑informed practices, and a faith‑baseed perspective for clients seeking clarity, stability, and emotional healing and stability. I offer a direct yet warm approach that helps clients identify what’s holding them back, develop practical coping tools, and move toward healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and personal growth.
Your story matters, and your healing matters. If you’re ready to explore new possibilities and build the tools you need to thrive, I’m here and ready to support you.

"As a clinician who has experience walking with individuals through deep life challenges, I offer a warm space where your experiences are met with respect and care. "
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I became a counselor because I believe healing is both emotional and spiritual, and I wanted to help people navigate their hardest moments with clarity, and a sense of hope.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with individuals who want practical tools, and support to manage worry, panic, and feeling overwhelm
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I want clients to understand that therapy isn’t about doing everything perfectly — it’s about having a safe place to be supported, challenged, and understood. You don’t have to carry everything by yourself; healing is a shared process.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In the initial session, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and what you want your life to look like. I offer a direct but compassionate approach, using evidence‑based tools with respect for what you values. Early sessions will focus on building trust, understanding your goals, and practicing small, meaningful skills that help you feel more grounded and empowered.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My faith and core values shape the way I enter the therapy room — with honesty, compassion, and a belief in each person’s ability for growth. I am grounded in direct communication, and a deep belief that change happens through consistent support.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I meet each client exactly where they are — whether they need grounding skills, space to process, or structured CBT tools. I shift my approach to ensure they feel safe, supported, and empowered.
