About Victoria
Tori is a licensed professional counselor who works with adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and feelings of overwhelm. Many of the clients she supports struggle with perfectionism, burnout, people-pleasing, or feeling stuck in patterns that leave them emotionally exhausted and disconnected from themselves.
Tori's approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive while also helping clients build insight into the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be contributing to distress. Tori believes that therapy can provide a space to slow down, increase self-awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, and create more balance in daily life.
She draws from evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and person-centered therapy to help clients better understand themselves and move toward meaningful change. Tori strives to create an environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
Whether you are adjusting to a new stage of life, managing stress, working through relationship difficulties, or trying to better understand yourself, therapy can be an opportunity for growth, healing, and lasting change.

"Allow me to use my wide variety of experience with different therapeutic techniques to help you get more enjoyment out of life!"
