Get to know Tess
What’s one thing you wish all clients knew?
That it's okay if you feel anxious about starting therapy. It can be hard work! Sometimes you will leave the office feeling better and sometimes worse than when you came in, and that is okay. Be patient with the process. Be patient with yourself.
What inspires you?
People, art, nature...
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
I hope to ask some questions and get to know more about the client and what they hope to get out of therapy.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
Hang out with my cat and do arts and crafts.
