About Martine
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years of experience supporting adults who often feel stuck, lost, or alone as they work toward healing and change. I help clients struggling with stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship concerns. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you are the expert of your story. Together, we’ll identify your goals and create a safe, compassionate space to explore, reflect, and move forward at your own pace.
I earned my Master’s in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help reframe unhelpful thoughts and dialectical behavior therapy to build coping skills and emotional regulation. My approach blends insight, empathy, and empowerment to help you feel grounded and supported.
It takes courage to ask for help, but you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental environment where you can share openly and begin your journey of healing and self-discovery. You deserve a life filled with happiness, purpose, and connection—and I would be honored to help you get there.

"As a person-centered therapist, I see you as the expert on yourself, and I am here to help support you and guide you on your journey to healing and well-being."
Get to know Martine
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I became a counselor because I knew at a young age that I liked listening to others and helping them to solve their problems and I wanted to make a life doing exactly that.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with clients that are internally motivated to attend therapy.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I think everyone can benefit from therapy. The healing process and timeline is unique to every individual.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
I will ask you what is bringing you therapy, what you hope to gain from therapy and where you would like to start. I will answer any questions you have about my style and professional experience. The early stages of therapy are often building on trust and starting where you feel most comfortable.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
I have experienced that talking to someone about your problems can make you feel better and help us more forward from what was bothering us.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
Every person is different, so I aim to help you find what works for you to achieve wellness.
