I take inspiration from my clients capabilities and those small wins along the way. It is so rewarding to see clients working hard and feeling healthier day by day.
What should clients know about you before scheduling a first counseling session?
One thing clients should know before scheduling a counseling session with me is that I will do my very best to meet you where you are. I love what I do and take great pride in fostering a safe environment to help you achieve your goals. I like to bring humor into sessions when appropriate and join with clients on similarities. Therapy is hard work but can also be a fun and positive experience.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
I love to spend time with friends, family, and my fur babies. In the warmer months, you can find me doing many activities outside such as gardening or swimming. In the colder months, I tend to spend my time curled up under a blanket with a book or watching my favorite shows and movies.
