About Justine
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 7 years of experience, I provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can uncover strengths, process emotions, and explore new possibilities. Life can feel overwhelming at times, leaving us unsure or weighed down, and I understand how challenging these moments can be. My goal is to help clients find steadiness, confidence, and balance while walking alongside them with empathy and support as they navigate life’s personal and professional challenges.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s in Education from the University of Pennsylvania. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and evidence-based practices. I am also committed to providing culturally responsive care tailored to each client’s needs.
Together, we will focus on shifting patterns that no longer serve you, fostering confidence, clarity, and growth. Whether facing anxiety, depression, or life transitions, I provide a supportive space to help you move forward. My goal is to empower you toward healing, resilience, and a life that feels balanced and meaningful.

"As a counselor and as someone who has faced challenges myself, I meet each client with empathy, unconditional positive regard, and a genuine belief in their ability to grow."
Get to know Justine
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I chose counseling because I know the difference it makes to have someone in your corner during difficult times. I find it personally meaningful to support clients as they navigate challenges and discover new ways forward in their lives.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I especially enjoy working with clients who are open to reflecting on their experiences and exploring new possibilities. Supporting people through life transitions and helping them recognize their strengths is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
That change is always possible. Even small steps can open the door to new perspectives and meaningful growth.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
Clients can expect to feel welcomed, heard, and supported. I focus on creating a safe space where they can share what brought them to counseling and begin identifying their goals.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
I know how much it matters for clients to feel truly understood during difficult times. I bring empathy, respect, and a belief in each client’s ability to grow, walking alongside them as they uncover their strengths and explore new possibilities.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I take the time to listen deeply to each client’s story and understand their goals. Together, we explore strategies that fit their individual needs, build on their strengths, and take practical steps toward meaningful change, hope, and greater confidence.
