About Janette
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 5 years of experience. My training in systems theories helps me understand how individuals function within the greater systems around them. I specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship stress, attachment challenges, and major life transitions. I also enjoy helping couples strengthen communication, manage conflict, and rebuild trust.
I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from La Salle University. I use solution-focused and strength-based approaches, along with Gottman methods and psychoeducation, to meet clients where they are. My work combines talk therapy, written resources, social media clips, and interactive strategies to support meaningful growth and change.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is not to fix you but to walk alongside you as you explore new perspectives and tools for healing. If you’ve been wondering if therapy is right for you, I invite you to reach out for a consultation.

"Life gets hard at times, and therapy can help you navigate its complexities so that things become manageable again. My goal is to support you as you navigate some of those fragile areas."
