Greg Lyncha is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in providing clinical assessments and therapeutic care to adults seeking help with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use issues. 

Greg completed both his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Science with a minor in Psychology and his Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lock Haven University. He is approved by the EMDR International Association in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

Greg utilizes collaborative, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches that integrate a range of clinical theories and techniques best suited to meet the client's needs and promote the therapeutic progress. Greg centers his practice around creating a safe environment to gain emotional resilience through self-awareness and understanding. The body and the mind are connected. Greg believes that clients benefit from gaining emotional understanding through exploring this mind-body connection.
