The first session will be introductions and questions, maybe some assessments or observations depending on the client.
I want to get a general understanding of you and learn more about how/why you came to therapy. I hope to identify some general goals and work on developing a plan to get you to where you need or want to be.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
I like to do outdoorsy and active things, including strength-training and boxing; board games; regular movie nights; dancing; being silly with my kids; wine tastings and the like; vegging out as needed to recharge my batteries.
