About Arin
Arin Schein believes that therapy is a partnership where the therapist facilitates the change and growth that a client seeks to make. She assists people in developing self-worth and self-awareness. Arin also works with clients to establish boundaries and recognize barriers to success and happiness such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and overall negative patterns of thinking. Once someone learns to love and accept themselves, it becomes easier to have healthy interpersonal relationships.
Arin specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and helps people recognize emotions and change negative thinking patterns by challenging irrational thoughts. Arin recognizes that each person’s journey and barriers are different and she uses a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to facilitate clients’ personal growth. She meets people where they are and helps them create attainable goals to recognize success and build self-worth.
Arin is truly invested in the happiness and success of each client and will work alongside individuals who are equally invested in confronting their personal barriers to success and happiness. She is genuinely interested in helping clients to recognize and change unhealthy patterns to reach their highest level of self-love and fulfillment.
