About Lauren
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover lasting growth. I have worked extensively with adults and teens facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in empathy and empowerment, allowing clients to set achievable goals while developing self-awareness, confidence, and resilience in a supportive therapeutic space.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado. I use evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapies to help clients build insight and create meaningful change. My goal is to meet each client where they are while fostering steady, compassionate progress.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey. No matter what you’re facing, healing and growth are possible with the right guidance and care. Take the next step and schedule your appointment—I’d be honored to work with you and help you move toward the life you deserve.

"As an older queer person, I understand the nuances of life on a particularly hard road, and the strength it takes to traverse that road."
