I became a counselor because I love helping and being there for others. Also, I enjoy exploring everyone's unique path.
What types of clients do you work with best?
I work best with clients who are willing to put in the work. I welcome individuals of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, genders, and ages, and at any stage of change. What matters most is a willingness to attend sessions consistently, be present and engaged, and practice the work outside of sessions.
What type of clients are you most excited to work with?
I am excited to work with any client willing to take the step to better themselves.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew?

What can clients expect in their first session with you?
During our first session, we will get to know one another. I like taking sessions at your pace and ensuring you are comfortable. I want to know who you are to build a strong therapeutic relationship. We will also discuss why the client came to therapy and what they expect to get out of it. We will also discuss what therapy will look like moving forward.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
My ultimate goal during the first session is to build rapport and ensure the client feels comfortable, heard, and respected. Also, to create a path for you moving forward and provide any questions or concerns you have are answered.
