About Ashley
Ashley Taylor is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio with 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults seeking help with a variety of issues including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, OCD, depression, LGBTQ+ issues, and life transitions. She believes in an approach that is warm, authentic, and collaborative, and that every situation, individual, and couple is unique.
She completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University in Dayton, OH. Ashley utilizes an eclectic blend of therapy modalities, ranging from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye-movement desensitization, and reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients better understand their concerns and build skills for change.
