Get to know Diane

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

I became a counselor to have the opportunity to encourage other to overcome challenges with faith; and to dream big, set goals, and strive for life work balance for a prosperous life!

What types of clients do you work with best?

I enjoy working with clients who are seeking for hope and change in their lives with the desire to learn & grow, and be open to life's possibilities.

What type of clients are you most excited to work with?

I am excited to work with clients who are open to life's possibilities, motivated and enjoy being challenged. Clients experiencing transitions in life such as careers, professions, wanting to discover their life's purposes and/or self-exploration, self-enlightenments, spirituality etc.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew?

I wish that all clients knew that when "we go through the eye of the storm, there will be a rainbow on the other side" and through it all, we grow in wisdom, understanding and peace.

Why did you choose to practice at Thriveworks?

I chose to practice at Thriveworks to have a community of other clinicians who are like minded in the evolution and technology of mental health care via telehealth/virtual visits, in person, and other means of communication for clients in need. Also, the ability for providers to have flexible hours with life family work balance goals (ex. family, travels, still be able to manage a private practice, and/or side businesses) while contributing to society and be able to making a difference in the lives of others.

What inspires you?

What can clients expect in their first session with you?
