Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I believe that interpersonal relationships are one of the most important aspects of our lives and I wanted to help others thrive in that area.

I wish all clients new that they had the abilities within themself to achieve their goals.

What inspires you?
I am inspired by watching people learn and grow into the people they want to be.
What can clients expect in their first session with you?
The first session is a time to establish a relationship and get to know key information about their primary concerns so that I can know how to help them best.
What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?
I want to make a connection with the client and help them set manageable goals.
What should clients know about you before scheduling a first session?
Clients should know that I believe there is universal method to treatment that works for everyone and I will cater to individual needs.
What do you do for fun/on your time off?
I enjoy crocheting because it helps me meditate and focus. I enjoy video games, walks, music and spending time with family and friends.
