About Fredeline
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 4 years of experience supporting clients through life transitions, stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and emotional healing. I work with adults and adolescents and strive to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you gain clarity, strengthen self-awareness, and build tools that support lasting change.
I earned my master's degree in counseling from Nova Southeastern University, where I gained a strong foundation in evidence-based practices. My therapeutic approach draws from cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness-based strategies, and person-centered care, allowing me to tailor sessions to your unique needs and goals.
My goal is to partner with you as you navigate challenges, uncover patterns, and create meaningful shifts in your life. Together, we will build a plan that supports your growth, confidence, and emotional well-being. You deserve support that honors your story, and I look forward to helping you take the next step toward healing.

"I know what it feels like to hold everything together while silently struggling inside, and that is why I create a space where you can finally exhale, be seen, and start healing at your own pace."

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I became a counselor because I have always been drawn to understanding the unseen stories people carry; the pain, the resilience, and the hope that often live quietly beneath the surface. Over time, I realized how powerful it can be to have someone truly listen and help you make sense of what feels impossible to hold alone. Becoming a therapist felt like a calling; a way to help others find healing, clarity, and a sense of peace within themselves. My work is guided by empathy, authenticity, and the belief that everyone has the capacity to grow and reclaim their story.
What types of clients do you work best with?
Trauma, dual diagnosis
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I wish clients understood that healing requires courage. Every time you show up, confront your pain, or decide to keep moving forward, you are rewriting your story. Growth demands patience, but with compassion and consistency, change is always within reach. Remember, you are not starting from scratch. You are starting from a place of strength.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we focus on getting to know each other. I will invite you to share what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you would like to address. Together, we will begin exploring your story at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you. I will also explain how I integrate approaches like EMDR, CBT, and other evidence-based modalities so you know what to expect moving forward. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and reassured that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My work is guided by empathy, authenticity, and the belief that every person has the capacity to heal and grow. I value creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported in becoming who they are meant to be. My own experiences have taught me that healing is not about perfection. It is about courage, connection, and reclaiming your power one step at a time.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I tailor therapy by focusing on what truly matters to you, your goals, values, and readiness for change. Each session is designed to help you build awareness, strengthen coping skills, and move toward the life you want. I believe progress happens when therapy feels personal, practical, and empowering, so we work together to create meaningful results that last.
