I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of New Jersey. I have been working in the field of mental health for six years and I specialize in treating individuals ages fifteen and up who would like to gain awareness and insight into the impacts of mental health challenges in their lives.
I am a client centered therapist who integrates Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to promote wellness and ability to become resilient.
I understand how working through life’s unpredictable moments is not an easy task. I strive to help others learn to develop oneself to be the best version of themselves. I provide a safe and comfortable space to foster growth.
