I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in the field for 15 years. I have a Masters degree in Social Work as well as a second Masters degree in Psychology. My ideal client is one who may be experiencing symptoms related to depression and anxiety. Symptoms such as burnout, loss of interest, persistent worry, and mood changes. I offer a collaborative approach so you don’t have to face these challenges alone.

Our work together will draw from my background in CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.

My goal is to make our time together a place of comfort while providing you with a supportive, judgement-free environment.

"I know that entering therapy can be a daunting feat, and I commend you for taking the first step."

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

Progress happens in small steps, so we must show ourselves grace throughout the process.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

We will go over your background and history, talk about what's bringing you to therapy at this time, and begin to set some initial goals together.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?

By doing a thorough biopsychosocial assessment, I can better understand the needs of each client. Also by using a collaborative approach, I can ensure that the client feels their needs are being met.
