Lillia Marlene Lopez is a bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 4 years of experience providing counseling services to adult clients who are experiencing the negative effects of depression, anxiety, difficult life transitions, and stress.
Lillia completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Rider University and received her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling at Centenary University. She utilizes an evidence-based approach in order to tailor her practice to best match your individual needs, resulting in an effective and client-focused treatment plan for you. Lillia's eclectic therapeutic methodology includes mindfulness-based approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy.
Lillia is committed to fostering a compassionate environment where patterns of behavior can be explored non-judgmentally to help you meet your goals. She believes that change happens when people are given the guidance they need to draw on their own strengths and realize they have the capacity to overcome obstacles to move forward and thrive. She looks forward to working with you to achieve your short and long-term personal goals.

I like to get creative using my circuit machine.
