"As an individual who cares about people's mental health, I understand the secret challenges that people struggle with on a regular basis. "

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?

I decided to become a therapist because I like to see how people's mind work.

What types of clients do you work best with?

I love to work with client across life span, but I enjoy working with adults.

What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?

I wish clients can understand that therapy is process, and sometimes it takes patient and understanding to get maximum healing.

What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?

Client can expect to get an introduction to therapy. Clients will be able to share about themselves, as much as they can. Clients will get an opportunity to ask questions, and also get answers to troubling thoughts.

What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?

Over the years, I have learn to be an active listening skills, and also to show compassion/empathy to clients.

How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?

Based upon client's unique needs and diagnoses, that is how I would design a plan. Therapist would design a plan in consultation with the client.
