Having a positive effect on others, seeing people happy and smiling.

What can clients expect in their first session with you?

That I will be focused on them, finding out what their issue is and making a plan to work on things they want to change or work through. I am a guide they are the driver of their own life.

What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?

What happened to them, and what do they want to work on, why they chose now to see a therapist, what do they want to accomplish with therapy.
