About Hannah
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with 2 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions who are seeking deeper self-awareness, emotional balance, and personal growth. My approach focuses on collaboration, healing, and creating a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their stories and move toward meaningful change.
I earned a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver. I take an integrative, strengths-based approach drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to help clients develop coping strategies and regulate emotions.
I understand the courage it takes to seek help. In our work together, you’ll find a judgment-free environment where you can reconnect with your inner strengths, gain clarity, and take steps toward lasting emotional well-being. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported as you create a more balanced and fulfilling life.

"As a therapist who is no stranger to life's trials, I’m committed to walking alongside my clients through challenges with empathy and curiosity, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore patterns, uncover strengths, and nurture meaningful growth and authentic healing."

Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
My own journey through therapy revealed the profound impact that compassionate support and understanding can have on personal growth. Experiencing this transformation firsthand inspired me to dedicate myself to becoming a therapist who believes in creating a safe space where clients can explore their struggles, discover their strengths, and cultivate resilience. I am continually inspired by the opportunity to walk alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and discover growth.
What types of clients do you work best with?
I work best with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions. I’m especially effective with clients who are seeking deeper self-understanding, practical coping strategies, and meaningful, lasting change. I create a collaborative, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their experiences and build the life they want.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
I wish all clients knew that therapy isn’t as scary as it might seem. It’s a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace, explore your thoughts and feelings, and gain clarity without pressure. Many people worry about being judged or having to dive into everything at once, but in reality, therapy is guided by your comfort and readiness.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
In the first session, clients can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space to share their story and discuss what brings them to therapy at their own pace. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, goals, and challenges, and we’ll begin exploring what approaches might work best for you. In the early stages, we focus on building trust, establishing a collaborative plan, and developing insight and coping strategies that lay the foundation for meaningful growth and lasting change.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
My practice is deeply informed by my own experiences with loss, relationships, and life transitions, which have taught me the importance of empathy, resilience, and self-compassion. I value authenticity, curiosity, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique journey.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs by combining evidence-based approaches with a collaborative, strengths-based approach. I begin by understanding your history, strengths, and goals, then collaborate with you to create a treatment plan that fits your pace and preferences. Throughout therapy, I adapt techniques, focus on building your strengths, and remain sensitive to your personal and cultural experiences. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, empowered, and guided toward meaningful growth and healing.
