I work with clients to help them establish a stress free lifestyle, through the development and application of coping and self care skills.

By working with me as your counselor, you will develop an understanding of your problems, triggers to the problems, and how to cope with them. I also help clients to develop skills to handle the stress that is current in their lives and for the future.
